Terms of Service

These terms apply to markhortrader.vip, the Markhor Trader Telegram bot (@MarkhorSignalsBot) and the Markhor Trader Telegram groups and channels (together, "the service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Not financial advice

Signals, results, tools, articles and messages from Markhor Trader are for information and education only. They are not financial, investment or trading advice, and they are not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You decide every trade yourself and you are fully responsible for it.

2. Risk

Trading binary options, forex, crypto and similar products carries a high risk of losing money, including all of the money you deposit. Most retail traders lose money. Past results, including the results shown on our results page, do not guarantee future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Binary options are restricted or banned in some countries. It is your responsibility to check that trading is legal where you live.

3. Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to trade in your country. You must give true information when you sign up. One person may have one account.

4. Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for anything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

5. Free VIP through our partner broker

• We do not charge a fee for VIP. To get VIP you must open a new account with our partner broker through our link, deposit at least the minimum amount shown on your dashboard, and send us your broker account ID.
• We check your ID in our partner panel. We approve only accounts that we can see were opened through our link and meet the minimum deposit. We may reject a request if we cannot verify it.
• One broker account can unlock VIP for one member account only.
• Affiliate disclosure: we earn a commission from the broker when you open an account through our link. This is how we keep VIP free. It does not change the signals we post or how results are recorded.
• The broker is a separate company. Your deposit, withdrawals and trades are between you and the broker and follow the broker's own terms. We never hold your money and we cannot access your broker account.

6. VIP access

VIP gives you access to our private Telegram groups and to live signals in your dashboard. Access is given through one-time invite links sent by our bot. Where access is described as lifetime, it means for as long as we operate the service. We may change, pause or stop the service or any group at any time.

7. Signals and results

Each signal shows a pair, direction, entry time and expiry. Messages can be delayed by Telegram, your internet connection or your broker's platform, and prices at your broker may differ from ours. Every signal we post is recorded, and its result (win, loss or draw) is published on our results page and public channel once the trade closes. Results cannot be edited after they are recorded.

8. Things you must not do

• Share, forward, sell or republish our signals or VIP content.
• Share invite links or give your access to anyone else.
• Use false information or someone else's broker account to get VIP.
• Try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the website or bot.
• Harass other members or post spam in our groups.

If you do, we may remove your VIP access or close your account without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, Markhor Trader is not responsible for any trading losses, lost profits or other losses that come from using, or not being able to use, the service, the signals or the broker.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
